About
About Tara Bain Osteopath
Hi, I'm Tara.
I was born and raised in Wollongong and moved down to Melbourne to complete my studies in Osteopathy. After graduating from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) with distinction, I moved back to Wollongong to kick start my career. You can now find me working in Corrimal!
I'm a passionate osteopath who aims to have a positive impact on the overall quality of life of my patients. I like to use a wide range of hands-on techniques to find the treatment style best suited to you, as well as providing you with education and discussions around lifestyle to aim for best outcomes. I have also completed post-graduate training in myofascial dry needling and cupping (level 1).
My favourite part of being an osteopath is meeting people from all walks of life and coming together to work on your health goals. I love getting to know my patients along the way and bring enthusiasm and encouragement to every consultation.
Outside of Bridges to Health Osteopathy, I'm a huge Swiftie and love listening to all kinds of music! I also enjoy playing soccer, running, skiing, reading, playing board games and spending time with my friends and family. I'm also very obsessed with my golden retriever, Bentley!
